First Porsche Meet in my 2024 911! Big news!!

- ahh what's going on TH-cam fam.. Porsche of SF had their first cars and coffee and it happened to also be my first cars and coffee!! oh snap! I was a little under the weather but we made it and pulled through lol. it was a better turn out than expected. Now how do we go about putting on a ride?? parked is ok and all but we need some kind of cars and driving lol maybe stop at certain destination, coffee shops, scenic photo spots, etc...
It was wild to be part of something so simple yet having pulled up with a car I could only dream of at one time.. it's pretty crazy. I have to admit that agate grey GT3 did catch my eye in the showroom but I'm completely in love with my GTS the car as been way more car than I expected. ill have to put a review video together and some driving videos. now if I could capture the sound better that would be great. let me know if you guys have any suggestions.
Ive also thought about adding some of my standup at the end of my videos, let me know if that's something you guys would be into.

Oh, you are killing me, Jeff. My baby is a 718 GTS 4.0. However, I upgraded the interior to the bourdeau and black. I don't know if I've seen a 718 or 911 with the base interior.
Guy I know!! It was so hard for me to even say but see even you upgraded!! Lol The base is brutal! Smart move with the Boudreau and black!! 👌👍
@@jeffcamara agree, base interior is just rubbery and cheap looking, I felt like going full leather is almost a must. I can understand if someone doesnt because its their dedicated track car, but for anything else i think doing anything less than full leather almost ruins the experience.

Ya this dealer opened up in oct I think... used to be the benz dealer. They do cars and coffee pretty regularly now, maybe because they are new. But they've had 3 or 4 since opening. I'm sure there will be another soon. They usually email "cars and coffee" event to customers

Thankfully, it's a small city, there's really only a few patches that make ya cringe with potholes, divots, etc... thus car doesn't wanna stay at 25mph

Love the video. What I have heard about those Carbon Race Seats is because they have a tall side seat bolster, they get a lot of rubbing from getting in and out, then eventually they show a wear pattern. So they look great and I think they work great for aggressive driving, but they don't work as well for everyday. Plus they are not as adjustable, so for longer drives, I think the other seats are probably a better choice. At least that is what I have heard. I do love the black with gold wheels. Kind of remind me of the John Player Special F1 cars of many years ago.
Ya I went with the 18way seats.. they are super comfortable and they feel bucket like to me.. super planted and no motion.. its wild.. could be cause I'm larger lol but you can adjust the bolsters. Ya i see where you're going with the john player.. only missing the brushed aluminum look on the rims edge
Totally agree as I have the full bucket seats in a 997.2 GT3 and ordered it in a 718GT4 (recently got the leather seat cover protection that covers the wear area from Porsche $600). As these are track focused models those seats are must have options. For all other models including the GT3 Touring the 18 way adjustable seats are more everyday drivers choice. Porsches come in every choice and customised configuration with only your budget as a limitation. Enjoy!
Legit you can have it anyway you want! I think people get lost on listening to friends and others so much so the car you build isn't even what ya wanted lol. People ask me for my opinion and I just say if you like it get it...don't get something someone else liked
