But what if you want to use Google ads for your TH-cam channel which doesn't require a Business VAT ID but you need it for verification is there an alternative
We are having a hard time getting the verification to go through. There doesn't seem to be a way to send the documents in since it says that they are having delays. Any ideas on where I can send the documents?? Thanks.
You should be able to reach out to the Google Ads support team through your account. You just click the "?" up in the top right hand corner of your account on desktop and it will give you some options for reaching their support team.

They needed to verify my customer's account where ads were running but all questions were for me, so I finally submitted my ID and now I am not sure if that was right. We've just been asking our clients to go through and fill everything out from their end because Google Ads is trying to verify the information associated with the company whose ads are showing on Google. As such, the owner of that business (your client in this case) will have the information necessary to complete the Advertiser Verification process. On the flip side, you might not have access to all the business documentation necessary to verify your client's account.

Then received an email today saying “ We are currently experiencing higher than expected incoming tickets, and therefore we were not able to address this issue in time. If your issue is still unresolved, and you need further assistance, please reply to this ticket and we'll take a look.” Like seriously
Buddy i manage hell lot ad Accounts from several countries For some Niche it's Accepting for some niche we are submitting same info but again these Google reps are not accepting either they are not saying what document they need in specific ? Out of 22 Accounts completed 12. 6 pending and am trying back and forth.

Someone has been verified on my account before i started it. How do i remove them?? Their name is not on my account access and security either. Idk how to get pass this??
How were you able to determine that someone has access to the account? Have you tried looking under Access & Security > Managers to see if maybe a manager account is linked to your account? That's pretty much the only other way someone could have access to your account without being a traditional user on the account.

I Have a question! I have started running ads for my employer under my business google account. using his business card to pay for them, they want me to verify as a suggestion. But they want me to verify HIM not me. Is this going to be a problem in the long run being that it is essentially my google account not his? Any help from anyone will be grateful.
The best approach here is probably to reach out to the Google Ads support team and see what they say. We don't run other people's ads in our accounts for this and various other reasons.

And the second is when they send you a notice letting you know that you have 30 days to complete the advertiser verification process (you'll typically get this notice by email and see it at the top of your account when you log in).
Hello! I've been struggling with this section for almost 3 weeks. We already did the Verification Advertising too, and it says that our verification has been completed. But the warning sign "Account paused. Your verification deadline has passed. To restart your ads, complete advertiser verification." still appears today, and I can't run any ads at all. Do you have a suggestion?
In that case, you'll probably need to reach out to the Google Ads support team to let them know of this issue and have them help you get the account back up and running. Sounds like it may be an issues with their system.
I’m in the same boat. I didn’t complete my verification in time so my ads were turned off. It has now been 5 wks of me trying to contact them. They have THE worst customer support ever!!!! The one time I FINALLY got a person the call was dropped. I have emailed them over and over. Now I’ve filed a complaint. Still no response. I was spending 600+ a month on ads. You’d think of someone is paying you over 7200/year you could take the time to respond to them. I’m at my wits end. The only response I’ve received is an automated response that’s cut and paste info from their help pages. I have submitted all the info they requested twice now. Help!!!

Yeah, it's probably best to get that started sooner rather than later so you're ads don't stop running!

We don't use VAT ID in the USA so that's not something we've really needed to work through yet. Why not just get a VAT ID though?

Typically they will ask for a photo ID and sometimes even business documents.
