It's hard for really small brands to be in bigger stores because they will ask alot of stock and also to get a margin, and smaller handmade brands might have problems doing that. But maybe when they grow :)

I think, the jewel toned look is my favourite (love that emerald green with the periwinkle blue!) even though all of them are pretty! Unfortunately I don't have the budget right now since I'm in the process of moving, but I'm so happy for you! This is a really nice yet small selection of colours.

I’m trying a liner from la girl called limelight. It was like 97 cents on Ulta, so I think a lot of people got it recently. I haven’t tried it yet but it is a lime green and I love their liners

Colourpop has a light minty green eyeliner (shade name "Zulu") 😃 It is a creme gel liner I think though, not sure if that's what you're looking for.
