Introducing Kaya jam recipe made with 3 ingredients within 20 minutes. Also I used the jam for many different dishes.

여행이 너무 가고 싶은 마음을 담아 카야잼을 만들어봤어요! 언젠가 싱가포르 여행을 기대하며 방구석 음식 여행입니다. 20분만에 간단하게 만들 수 있으니 카야잼 좋아하시면 만들어 보세요!

카야잼 토스트 🖤 전 요 토스트 할 때 식빵 절반으로 나눠서 아주 얇게 해서 먹는 걸 좋아해요. 빵이 얇으면 얇을수록 맛있더라고요. 이럴 줄 알았으면 빵 사러 갔을 때 식빵도 사 왔어야 했는데. 아침에 당장 사러 가야겠어요. 🥺

Omg it's been so long since I've had kaya !! do I add the pandan leaves before or after cooking the jam if I wanted to include it? Thank you !!
You can add the pandan leaves in while you are heating up the coconut milk and sugar. You may also leave it inside until you are done with the whole process but it could get a Iittle messy when adding the eggs. I prefer heating the leaves together w the milk and sugar and remove it right before you add in the eggs. You can extract the juices from pandan leaves and add in too for additional aroma. Hope this helps! ☺️
