- A very thrilling experience to spend the evening at the Watch tower overlooking the dense forest. We witnessed many wild animals just a few feet away from us. It was an unforgetful experience for all of us.

Nice. Place and it's ok Naba you can speak in a normal voice on the watch tower don't think it will shoo away animals and those alarm calls are most of times fake and no wild animal appears
Wild animals do appear and that too tiger and leopards. If you check their Insta, you can see videos of the animals around. Of course we were not lucky to see any cat though. Also they strictly ask to maintain silence on the watch tower

So true. The Gaurs probably was surprised to have our presence there and made eye contact with us for good 10-15 mins. Was a unique experience

Yes absolutely. It was just pure wilderness midst of the jungle and seeing wild animals just 50 feets away
Nice vlog Naba, i enjoyed it.....i had in fact almost booked this place a few months back, but couldn't go.... visibility seems to be less from the tree house, and even from the watch tower, but a totally isolated feeling. Nice sightings of Gaurs from the tower though.

Visibility is less from watch tower as the forest is very dense. But the experience is unique and we don’t get that everywhere. Many guests have seen tigers and leopards though from here
@@ExplorerNaba yes, i follow their insta account, and seems there is a tigress with 4 cubs which is common sighting in their campus.
@@Shreyas.Ranganath Yes her name is Dot and her 4 subadult cubs but sighting them is not that common. They do get captured in the camera traps installed at various parts of the jungle inside the property

Visit river tern lodge -A JLR property which looks exactly like Kabini river lodge and prices are very cheap there. I have visited there and I saw deers,elephants,gaur,lots of birds,Crocodile and sloth bear

Place appears interesting. I have seen similar videos from others on this property. Did not find much sightings. Atleast you got Gaur. What is the charges per night per person?
Tigers do visit this property. Many people have seen. Cost is little on the higher side. For tree house, it’s 7.5k per person per night including all meals

This is Thirunelli forest part of Wayanad Wildlife Santuary. You can call the below number and book the Treehouse and Cottage. Watchtower need not be booked as it comes along with your stay but you can be on the watchtower till 6:30pm only

Unfortunately no even though we went very close to it. The experience though is unmatched staying so close to the wildlife
What if leopard comes will it not come up
Leopards mostly avoid places where there are many people as they are very shy. Chances are very less that it will climb up the watchtower
