Yes it resonates. Thank you for the clarification re the runner-chaser aspect. I did not understand this before and thought that if DF’s were labelled as chasers that was bad. So if told not to chase it was interpreted as leave me alone…be silent..keep your feelings to yourself. Wow! A lot of miscommunication and hurt could have been avoided. It is very important that we understand the dynamics of this journey as well as the words used to explain the process. Words all have different significance to us, coloured by our life experiences and understanding and the culture we were raised in. I thank you very much for explaining this part of the journey. It helped me on a personal level.
