- I think this baby pigeon is asking for feed. First baby pigeon was scared and after few seconds baby tried to push my hand and asked for feed. ❤️

This baby pigeon is in distress initially. The flipping of the wing (wing slapping) is the way it tells you "get away form me"... But then it thinks that you're going to feed it, hence why it's trying to fit its beak inbetween your fingers.
I suggest you leave it be to calm down a bit then return to it with an appropriate baby pigeon food source (not a hand) and try that way.
Also please STOP holding its head and beak as this distresses the squab. This could result in sevreal things from distrust all the way to a heart attack and death.

A mother
A preditor
A potential threat
which isn't fair.
The bird is always right.. Let it come to you.. Don't go it it...
Put food (the correct food) formula mixed with seed in a bottle with a cloth over it with a hole. THis is where it should feed from. Let it come to the bottle, let it move away when it's done... Sometimes it may appear that it doesn't want to eat... dont force it.
When it doews feed, they dont come up for air, so count to 3 (seconds) then take the bottle away so they can breathe again. They're a little greedy like that.
Outside of that, let her/him be and come to you and interact with you. This is how you build trust.
This pigeon was cross breed of King pigeon and highflyer. But it was growing by highflyers so food was not enough to this sweety. So I give extra feed to them. It's normal for baby. I think feeding with hand is not problem. Many baby birds do like this. It was time to feed that baby. An it was hungry so it behave like that I thought to share this.
