Awesome stuff in this video! This showed up on my tablet, I paused the old western I was watching on tv, and 10 mins into this I was hooked! I've watched literally hundreds of hours of MMC videos, mostly of the various loading etc, but like many, never stop to realize the man hours, material and upkeep to keep them looking so good and running hour after hour ..... I commend the crew on Friday way that they work together, and bringing the end results to look and run like new. Great camera work (ground and drone), and again, my compliments on the work these guys do! Well done! Thnx MMC!

You guys take much better care of the haul trucks dump box! The place/guy that painted my pickup box just sprayed over the dirt which I didn't know was there gathered while traveling to their! As I had washed it meticulously before sending it to them!

great technique of swing bearing replacement
When you are installing the small pin, pick up the bucket, then you can move the bucket to align the pin.. The pins will go in a lot easier with a coating of grease on them also..
Also, keeping dipper plumb makes it easier to insert main pin.
Not sure these guys have seen that technique. It works for my machine
Since you seem to know what you're talking about, what are these attachments I feel like I've seen where the operator literally just drives up and can either snatch up or drop the bucket without ever even getting out of the cab. Seems like that's a no brainer way to go right?
@@Glitch-nr9ct Some buckets have a quick attach option on them.. The down side is the added weight and the added distance including the quick attach..

At the 16:04 Should they have designed the pin the opposite way, one could just let ones body weight tighten up the bolts, instead of lifting to tighten! I am figuring that they are 1/2" or metric 13mm's?
Never saw the design logic of the horizontal pins for the teeth! The 45* ones make sense!

Why did some of the swing gear bolts brake on the cat excavator?
1 Loosen bolts.
2 Over taighten bolts.
3 Bolts not taighten to cat specificazione.
I am curious thats why.
