So ADORABLE Sam!!! Man, I can't help it but as I've said many times before, I watch a ton of tutorials from the Best YT Channels and girl, 'you're No.1 in my book'. Thanks for the education AND most importantly to me, teaching me to create 3D projects that can 'hold up to the test of time'. Take care, Sam
Absolutely brilliant tutorial as always, I love the fabric paper I have searched all over but unable to find any, lovely gift box and a great idea xx 🌺🎄🌸
I very rarely send messages but on this occasion I just could not hold back. This box is perfect in so many ways from its construction to all the beautiful details that you put into your work. I’ve been following you for a few years and I find you infectious. I tell myself before each video. ‘No you are not going to buy anything more’ and before the video ends I’m purchasing again and especially your ‘made to surprise series’. Thank you so much for all the help you give to us on your channel and of course I cannot finish this message without a message for the joy of your video’s with your Nan. I wish you and all of your family a very Happy Christmas and Prosperous New Year for what ever it holds for us. Much Love 💕💕🎅🎅🎅🤶🤶🤶💕💕
I've made a couple large gift boxes for the tall stainless steel cups covered in resin. I used thick paper from the art section and water color paper for the lids when I ran out of the art paper. I didn't have to use 2 pieces for the sides because the paper was very long. Scoring I had to flip it to continue the score line. The ends were separate pieces. I used pattern paper to cover all the flaps. The lid was one piece of art paper modeled after a shoe box. If I had added a window would have cut a rectangle from the middle or partial die cut with slimline dies flip and partial cut again. My boxes had a flap attaching the lid to the box.
What a box Sam. I must try this one. It looks like it's really heavy enough to possible hold a bottle of wine! A great box for any reason. Have a blessed Holiday Season to you, Nan & your entire family. Be well & TYFS
Fantastic tutorial Sam, (as always). This deconstructed box will be perfect for adjusting to make a gift box to hold a tub of sweets. Love ❤️ all your videos. Thank you for sharing with us. ☺️❤️😘

Great gift box! Loving the fabric paper😍. I use Collal for almost everything and usually 3 in 1 for the rest 🙊 can't do without them now. This seems strong enough to use for storage. 😄 cute pegs. Lol I'm constantly getting my sleeves in nuvo drops/ glossy accents 🙈. Awesome! Tfs and have a great day 💖💖
My goodness Sam, that is an AMAZING box, LOVE it. Been busy making a selection of your Gift Bags today. All turned out great, thank you for all the hard work. 🏴🏴🏴❤️
This is a great tutorial Sam, I often have the need for a large box but never managed to make them strong enough so this is absolutely perfect. Thank you as ever for coming up with such helpful ideas explained so well. 😘❤️

Such a beautiful box Sam. 😃😃. Very lovely gift to receive. I would definitely add this to my make list to do. Thank you for another AMAZING tutorial. Take care & all the best. ❤️❤️❤️
Just found this and excited to make the box. Love love love your videos. Wanted you to know that on your blog it says to score on the 11” side instead of the 8 7/8” side. And on the 3 1/8” x 11” piece it says to score on the 11” side instead of the 3/8” side. Thought you might want to know. Super cute box.
its a lovely box...thank you making...just a small clarification.....i made the box but the lid is to tight...what can i do to make the lid slightly bigger....thank you.
Hi Sam just watched your video loved it what size is the card stock that you used to make the box please as the a4 card I used was too small ( new to card making ) many thanks
Great tutorial Sam. Tried making one today and I love how it turned out. Would have liked it better with the fabric but since I did not have that I just used decorative acetate and that worked fine. Struggled a little with the lid, but I think I will do better with the second box since I have a better idea of how things should have gone. TFS.
Another beautiful box tutorial and inspiration. Can a box really be called beautiful, gorgeous, etc? New subscribers, check out Sam’s (endless) playlist of boxes and bags. Once bitten, you’ll agree! Thanks Sam. See you around the curve. Take care. Blessings❤️xx

What glue have you used Sam for this project? Xx
love it could u fit in a bottle of wine sam? or would i need to adjust measurements x
It's 11' long so some bottles will fit, it's easy to extend longer.
Could you tell me what glue you used and where to buy it from please.

Where is your bottle for Collal from please
I’m having a hard time finding Callou glue in the US…is there a similar glue which would be comparable here? Love your projects Sam!!!!!
Its Collall and i cant recommend it enough.I hope you manage to find it somehow and wish you a merry xmas x
beacon 3in1 is the US equivalent ,i think.
Where do you find the heavy cardstock at?
Hello . All products and tools I use are in the description box below the video 😊
@@MixedUpCraft Thanks but I'm from the US and don't know what store to find it at
Instead of fabric try acrylic see through top.
