All good stuff again lads. I wonder who wrote Andy Webb is a tackle tart on the wall outside Teignmouth Station?. 😅 4 Reels, 2 x Fathom 15's magged and 2x Casting Specials and definitely loads of pre tied rigs for not having to sod about when you get on the beach.
Loved this , thou your a bricklayer by trade , I know you would do this full time , so I do understand all the reels . Rigs you : can never have enough rigs done ready for all the types of fishing , especially when you live in an area of the country where you've got every type of sea fishing . I'm a professional Golf coach and I've got boxes and boxes of golf clubs , yes I only use one set for playing but if I'm not striking the ball well I'll use a set of mizuno mp 20 blades to get my ball striking back , I teach players of all levels and different swings so I keep loads of clubs all with different shafts to help the client .. Yes I know its different but I totally understand where Andys coming from . Also one day you might need some money .
I've done something similar it's reliable kit and they don't make stuff like them anymore it's like a collection brilliant video and nice reel collection lol
You have a problem, 👍 750 a reel. I thought I had a lot of gear 7 reels and rods in total.and I fish for every thing that swims in the sea with that. Designed to catch anglers comes to mind.😮😮
Its all about the preparation for success etc but I have 4 clean ground reels and 4 rough ground reels which i think is plenty and pairs of rods to suit. You can look at your reel collection as another hobby in a sense, if you love buying reels to use for different fishing purposes then I totally get that also. You can have as much kit as you like but at the end of the day its all about watercraft and tip top bait and putting fish on the bank.
You definitely have a problem you just have to much kit😳 I can help you solve it though, Free of charge 👍 I would be happy to pop round and take away a lot of your unnecessary fishing gear 👍 you will feel a lot better getting rid of all that fishing related clutter. Every 6 trips if over clean ground or 2 trips on rough ground
