I work for USPS. If you talk to someone at your post office, they can geotrack where it was scanned to see if it was misdelivered. Or, they can send a carrier to see if it was put in a parcel locker and they just forgot to put the key in your box. I hope this helps you

It happened to me as well with one of my packages, And I'm so happy I didn't pull the plug on the Kay Ali Rock Candy perfume had my doubts about it, I will look into Mimic Kay ali dupe thank you.
Luv the T-shirt. My usps is the worst when delivering packages. In the past I've only had three packages that came up missing and all three times, usps either lost it , delivered it to the wrong address, or just didn't know what happened. I hate that for you but it happens.

This has happened to me 2 times now!
I feel your pain about the lost box. I have it set up that I get a email everyday of (pictures are included) what will be delivered that day. We had a check that was mailed from our insurance company for a good amount of money. It showed to be delivered on a particular day. It did not show up. I reported it after a few days of not being delivered. Our post office did NOT care that the mail carrier did not deliver it. We had to wait 30 days for the insurance company to reissue it.

DHL is the absolute worst! They lost my package and my son’s package after saying it was given to usps and stated delivered!!!! If I see a package given to DHL I cancel my package! So sorry you went through that. Love your videos ❤

Girl, I feel you on that lost package because I order 2 perfumes on the aroma concepts since 10 May and here is jun so I contacted my bank and dispute a claim on my credit card and try calling usps and trying talk to someone was a pain. I order through this website before and did not have any issue receiving my package before.

Hey Sis I understand about miss delivered packages I ordered a delivery from Walmart and one item had to be shipped by FedEX with instructions to deliver to my door the driver delivered to the building next door and took a picture because I have to use a Cane I'm not able to carry a box upstairs it took 3 days for a driver to come back pick up the box that was next door and bring it to me

I hope you got your money back for those fragrances, if not and you paid via credit card/bank. I think you should put in a claim and dispute it. Your credit and/or bank should refund you. Let them do the work to track down the package. Enjoyed your fragrance video.

I have Snow fairy... It is a tiny bit similar.. But the dry down on the rock candy has a scent that I don't like.. It actually gave me a headache after I was done filming.. Whewww
