I had exactly the same brainstorm now that we have a new steamer - googled and voila, found your video! Thank you! Not quite weed season here, but the snow is quickly melting away! I’ll be ready!
Thank you very much. It's given me an idea of how to kill the infestation of Morning Glory in my back yard that keeps coming back no matter how many times I pull it out by the roots. This method is certainly worth a try.
TRY IT, I have used steam or boiling water for years , I only redo once a year and sometimes i can go 18 mths around paths and concretet, in the garden they dont regrow as I use no dig layering. BRILLIANT,, If you dont have steamer using boiling water, but dont hit real plants as everything dies
Just bought a similar steam cleaner to clear an overgrown large slate wall planter so I don't loosen or pull out slate pieces. I guess I'll have a sparkling throne too.
Looking for a quick and easy way to kill weeds with hot water. I currently use a kettle to do edges with precision and a big pot of boiling water for large areas. This is even more tedious! Can anyone suggest a high pressure steam cleaner that doesn’t take so much time?
I wouldn't. We think vinegar tackles weeds because it turns the foliage brown but studies show it doesn't actually get to the roots: eventually everything grows back. Horticultural vinegar can do the job but it's a dangerous acid so obviously not suitable for any home use like this. So, just plain water.

Glad to know something I already own can work. Thanks for the video.

Thanks for sharing! How is the polymeric sand working out?
Wow, the transformation is amazing!
Wow!!! Fantastic idea!! Thanks for sharing!!
My Dynasteam 2000 never did heat up. What can I do to fix it?
I just stumbled upon this video and I was wondering, did adding the polymeric sand have the desired effect in the end?
Love your soothing voice. Thanks for the tip and link so I don't have to overpay for specialized weed streamer.
How long did this last? Have you done it again? If so, were your results even better?
This. What’s the long time status

Wow! Safer than a heat gun!!

Nice job. Both with the video and the weeds.
Oh, those third-degree burns 🔥 🤔🏆🤩

I would even add some vinegar to the water, it will help speed up the process and clean your steamer at the same time.

Omg! Just found you, live your videos!! I'm trying your pond cleaning method today!
Great! Let me know how it goes. :)
GREAT video report - THANKS!
Interesting I will stick to the boiling water faster and simpler, as I dont have weeds in concrete
A torch works too. I think guys would do more weeding with a torch.
I used a heat gun today and it is maybe easier but a steam machine won’t catch anything on fire.
Kills seeds too.
So much better than hot water
It is hot water.
@@אוריפלסי Hot water is only about 50-70 degrees celsius, whereas steam is over 100 degrees.
@@אוריפלסיtea time or burn your lips off with steam 🤔💥🚨
