I love AMW. They used to be our onsite vendor before Gloria and Robert moved out west. Gloria sold me my L1 motor and all the hardware, a CTI H133 which she recommended, and it was a beaut of a motor.
    She also makes great cookies.

The anti-gravity group got me hooked on high-powered rocketry. Two weeks ago - I tested for Level-one and passed. I know why you recommended a four-inch body tube kit. I used an Estes Nike Smoke, built with g5000 rocketpoxy internal/external fillets, and CA strengthened motor mounts. It held up well launched with an Aerotech H135A-14 (drilled to 7 seconds). I had to walk three-quarter of a mile in each direction to recover it. A heavier rocket would not have drifted as far. Now I am a member to my local Tripoli club, Team-One, Flint, Michigan.

Large square of pencil markings on a piece of paper works good too for rubbings. Just lay the paper with the graphite on it against the rocket/fin and then using your tool of choice to put down lines.

The kit is screening for a fiberglass treatment, and then I would fly it on a motor from my stash… perhaps a J570? Maybe a J425? Could always go with my first HPR motor, and my favorite 38mm load: I211… I fly with Tri Cities Rocketeers in Pasco WA at the sod farm

It's really cool. You're doing a giveaway like this! I'm presently building a LOC Vulcan to get my high power level 1 this summer. I built a smaller hyperloc 163 kit last summer for medium power motors. Before that a lot of little Estes rockets. I'm also building a smaller Estes rocket with my younger child this summer so he can start flying. If I won this kit, it'd be an awesome step in my progression. I would build it with my kid so he can share the same passion. Good luck to the winner!

Estes expert but high power noob. Really love that "dat split fin whistle". Honestly the reason I want to do my cert with this rocket. My L1 cert attempt would be with Tripoli San Diego out at their desert launch site. Would like to attempt launch with a H550 like you did, great combo choice for that whistle. Or would build it for 29mm and fly on an I200 only because I have the 29/360 case and hardware that came of an old desert find. But that seems kind of lame and unspicy...go big or go home I suppose :) Great videos.

I always launched low power in a local park, but there is a high power place in KS a couple hours away called Tinimünde and a place in MO, Tripoli MO-KAN would be my club, they launch a couple hours away in Greenfield, MO. I would start with an H motor and then bump up to a I or J for cert level 1 in high power. I really like watching your videos where you show the high power build techniques. You make fillets look easy. I've been setting up a build bench for big stuff, clearing tools and junk out of the way. Hope this is enough to win and I'm not too late. It looks like a nice kit. Would love to get a White Wolf to drag race with my 13 year old son's! We fly at Argonia with Kloudbusters and would use his favorite motor, the I205W!

I’ve been flying low power Estes rockets since I was super young and I’ve just gotten to a point where I can transition into high power stuff. I’d be flying this with NCR in northern colorado on an aerotech h550 most likely. This would possibly be a good l1 kit but it would be one of my first high power rockets. Congrats on 10k!!!

I teach model rocketry at a small private school. I have mentored two students to obtain level 1 certification. I have 1 student who does not have the means to move into MPR and HPR. This would be his kit if I won. My students have been watching your videos since the start of this school year and they find them to be very helpful. Keep up the great job you are doing. Gary

After being out of the hobby for 20+ years, I recertified L1 in September. I fly with Tripoli Wisconsin at Bong Recreational. My grandson certified Jr. L1 at the same time. I would give him the kit to peak his interest in the hobby. I'd probably have him fly it on a CTI I345 just because..

I have never flown with a club but Lake Winnipesaukee High Power Rocketry is where I planned on going for my L1. I just bought a RMS 38/360 case and the adapter kit so I would probably fly this rocket on an H130. If I win I'll probably give the kit to my dad, he has talked about building some bigger rockets but he wouldn't spend that much money on himself.
