Judges job is to listen more and speak less, they can give observations and even give contempt of court verdict.
But they are contineosly doing cross talks and interrupting the lawer.
All judges are talking too much not let a chance to the lawyer to explain. Judges should listen quietly.
The lawyer is not allowed to speak continuously , even for 5 minutes??
I've been watching Indian high court proceedings and a high court judge is way better versed in their constitution and respects the law and lawyers and of a much much higher caliber than this sham chief justice. What a shame.
Qazi Essa at his best unable to show the temperament to be in this position. That's what Parchi does. What Essa was referring to is Filibuster which is a tactic used in the United States Senate to delay or block a vote on a measure by preventing debate on it from ending. One, this wasn't a Senate and two, the lawyer was not allowed to debate. His position wasn't heard.
When INCOMPETENCE is the COMPETENCE, then expect the JACKASSES to be there.
Wow, is this level of CJP who says that he has never heard difference between law and act of parliament. That show he was Safarshi and was not even justice but became CJ of Baluchistan HC
Mr Imtiaz is good attorney he have a point but thouse judges no good all works for Nawaz sharif
If these judges would be in America then they would have been suspended as they are not even listening to these attorneys.

Are these dedicated judges feeling ashamed or not that one person asks a question and the other judge speaks without being human? Look at this, let him also question the answer. You people are not the sons of such a big mother without being human. Intelligence is taking a sip of coffee outside the court. Whole world is laughing on the constitution and quality of judges pak is having. Seems like they don’t know anything about bonafide. I can say from their faces they just wanted to end the hearing give their judgement which is already made go and have a party with family and yeah enjoy with the money they have got in these past months
