I get it online mostly but most large craft stores should sell it. I am not sure what measurement you are referring to? Is it the width or the thickness that you would like to know? The thickness can vary from project to project, and since I do not use any wood in this video I can't tell you any specifics but usually its 1-2 millimetres thick 😊

I used regular acrylic paint mixed with an equal amount of Liquitex fabric medium. Any fabric medium would do, or you could use fabric paint. for the metal I used gold alcohol inc :)

Can you point your camera towards your project? It’s not helpful when we have to guess at what you are doing because of the angle of your camera.
