Hi..you can apply for cs but it will be tough for you to get a admission because you are going to change your stream and preferences will be given to that students who all will come from same background and if they have vacan seat then they might consider you

Hey.. to be honest with you it will be tough for you because after completion of your master from Ireland, when you will sit for interviews you might face problems and you need to explain them why you choose different course. However, in Ireland after completion of masters they have graduate role where they accept fresher for 2 years of contract and you will be working as a trainee and then you can opt for better opportunities in construction.
