I felt that
I have a theory : Sylvie said that she spent her entire life running from the TVA. Maybe she become a Variant very early in her life. But How?
As we have seen in her document in TVA that she is daughter of Laufy but in the Sacred timeline Loki is son of Laufy.
So I think that when she born as a girl from that exact moment she became a variant, that's why she spent her entire life being a variant.
That's also explains why she have so much experience with TVA

My theory from this episode is that:
1. Sylvie is not the real Loki variant. I do think so because there were few moments where Loki finds she is very different from her. Also in the scene where Loki gets drunk and singing in asgardian, he was singing something and it looked like he was testing that she knew asgardian Or not. And from the look of her face i assume that she was understanding what he was singing.
So to find the real truth he willingly lets guard to throw him from train so that he can get more time with here.(After all he is God Of Mischief).
2. He has the real tempad. The broken one was his trick.
3. That was not a time stone. It was loki's telekinesis power.
4. The real Loki variant is still not shown and he might be behind sylvie

Bro I don't think you're this theory is correct the only reason being iron man was a person who was ready to die in every avengers movie. So I am sure out of the 14 million outcomes ,he must have died in many others too but I presume that the other part of your theory where tva resets the timelines might be correct but I feel they might have done so just to keep avengers in a dream that the infinity stones are the strongest or they might have done so as to ensure loki's capture as I feel that loki would have been caught only in that timeline. Moreover if really tva or kang thought that tony is a threat then they might have considered thor ,wanda , dr strange as threats also and might have searched for a timeline where they all are also killed.
And we must not forget that capturing loki is much more harder then tony sacrificing his life for a good cause (God of mischief kind of a thing). So I feel this all was done just to capture loki to stop Sylvie

Theory: When Thanos and his army travelled into the future and changed their so-called destiny and we all know what happened afterwards in the Endgame finale, then why didn't TVA came there and arrested or erased them all from existence at that moment, as we have already seen TVA tends to come at the scene just moments after the variation in reality happens (as in Loki series episode 1) so here are some of my theories;
1. Thanos and his army are insanely powerful and large in number, that means a lot of agent would be needed to capture them all and Thanos wouldn't just walk away with the TVA agents or let them use their batons.
2. Maybe whoever is behind the TVA, the time keepers or Kang or someone else, they didn't wanted the capture or erasure of Thanos and army, as it would mean either way that no final battle happens and Iron man lives and we all know our Ironman very well who created an new element and even made time travel possible, then this Head of TVA who would definitely turn out to be a 'Lassan' would want our Ironman dead as he will come in his/her or their glorious purpose.
And this is why he/she or they didn't do anything in Endgame. But there's a small plothole in this and it is about Gamora.🤔

*With every decision one makes it creates another timeline (could be in a second or in a minute).
*It was mentioned that there was a multiversal war long ago, so it means multiverse did exist.

*The Time Keepers created an organization or some bullshit called TVA to make sure there are no major changes in time to interrupt the timeline.
*So what TVA does is basically cut out unnecessary and caotic brances from the timeline to keep the sacred timeline stable or there would be another multiversal war.

When a nexus point is created it means that an alternate timeline is generated which refers to a parallel universe.
But the original timeline and all other alternate timelines exist in a parallel line.
For example, what happened in endgame is considered in sacred timeline.
But if a minor change had occured it would have created an alternate reality like what happened with loki.
And that proves that time keepers don't have full control over the events occuring in the timeline.

I Think TVA just prooned the timeline from which thanos went to future... As the varient thanos was already killed... So there is Nothing to be confused about.
