Pizza Upsidedown Dutch Oven Pie

A different twist on baking a pizza in a Dutch oven. The lid and pot are placed upside-down on on a lid stand. The method requires a little attention to prevent ash from landing on the pizza when removing the inverted pot. The method provides for a nicely baked pie that is easily removed or can just be served from the lid.
