But I highly recommend watching the other part of useeffect bcz we have dependency arrays and clean up functions too in it.. which is awesome and also we perform side effects too.. Also, Let's imagine you have 3 useState in a program.. in each state change the component will re render.. and your function will be called in it too. what if I want to update the count in the document only when my count state var. gets updated not the other two then how to perform without useEffect
