I have changed my job. It has better growth than the earlier one but it was the tough decision for me as I had attachment with people at my previous workplace. For someone who always struggle to make friends I really enjoyed my time with them but I also knew that the attachment is one sided. I spent last week of March in crying and crying that I lost someone I talk to. I was scared of being alone and adjusting to a new workplace but I had to move on and focus on myself before it could go any deeper. The moment I turned in my resignation they started treating me like an outsider. That kinda hurt me. 2 days back they asked me to provide them a service and promised to pay me for it but after I was done they started making excuses for the payment. Ultimately I had to withdraw my service and they contacted me again and finally made the payment. I never thought they would treat me like this. Your reading resonate in so many ways.
