My bad experience with fencescreen.com

- I made this video for my credit card dispute with fencescreen.com, even with this clearly indisputable evidence fencescreen.com insisted they were faultless and wanted me to pay shipping a huge box back to them so they could verify the measurements in the video, and then, if they agreed they would re-cut the product.
In the mean time I was forced to buy the product again from another company, who managed to not only cut the fence material correctly and it fits perfectly, but they also did it in one piece instead of providing multiple pieces for one length of fence as fencescreen.com did.
I learned during this process that some of these screen material companies (probably fencescreen.com also) that provide this material simply buy the material from China in 50' sections and sell 50' sections and then cut second pieces to create custom lengths from 50' sections.
To be clear, they just have 50' sections on hand and cut shorter lengths from the 50 ' sections instead of having rolls of this material to cut exact lengths from.
Of course for the customer, having two seperate sections on a length of fence looks bad, especially when you have to stretch the material as I had to. Have a look at the video.
I would highly suggest you not purchase from fencescreen.com, based on the product and customer service they provided me. Find a material provider that can cut one length of material. I was told by fencescreen.com that I would not be able to get cuts this way, but within 30 minutes of googling I found 3 companies that do one length cuts, and I could have found many more. Most of these companies supply this material to large baseball complex, tennis courts etc, but they can easily cut the material for your residential fence, and at around the same price as fencescreen.com
This was all new to me when I took on this project, now that I know I wanted to share this with everyone so you can avoid the mistakes that cost me 3 months of back and forth with fencescreen.com and my credit card provider during my dispute.
Good luck, if you have any questions I will be happy to answer them.
