The bar downstairs was EPIC. Someone needs to save it before demo! I can just see a furnace repair person coming over there. Homeowner: "Don't open that door, man." Repairman: "What's that smell?" 😆
In one of the bedrooms at 5:18 you see something in the corner on the floor that came from the ceiling .... that is insulation called vermiculite. Love the secret room behind the bookcase. that would be a great hiding place! That's a big basement! Thanks Riddim.
back in the 80's there was a 20-home development around a pond; the contractor got blew all the vermiculite into the pond. this was northern ohio where it snows from october to april; none of the homes had ceiling insulation.
That would have been a awesome place to live. That was insulation in the corner of that first bedroom that you thought was shiny. Thank you RR for another most epic adventure!

I like the stone walls and floor tiles nice earthy colours and of course its nice to see Opie there assisting with the explore, the ships wheel is a helm. Definitely growing masses of something in there thanks for the video.

I like the house,every abandoned place tells its own story.This one looked like it once was once a big party house.Would have been a cool pool area in the back yard.And like most abandoned homes/mansions water damage is always an issue,when decay starts in.Opie,is getting so big,and hello to Zay,too! I could guess that you were right and that sketchy wiring was to hang the fruits of one's labour from 👀 which could signal just a one off grow and not a continuous grow. So at the end of the grow cycle the flowering room becomes the drying room.. Then perhaps a new lot put in after.. continuous in that sense. Just perhaps not someone who's rushing to get another cycle going..

Did anyone catch that shadow figure in the second room he glanced passed before he went in? I replayed it a couple times. Thought it was the closet door leaning against the wall. But it was far too dark to be a closet door or the shadow from it.
The bungalow was spacious, but rather plain and ordinary looking. Although, some belonging had been left behind maybe due to damage or faulty, most of the property, like furniture and other family stuff had been removed. There were some clothing @ 4:50 still hanging in the wardrobe. The colorful psychedelic' t-shirt looked like it belonged to a young man rather than an old man. However, the bungalow was seriously damaged and vandalized. At 13:34 what looked like built in shelves was actually hidden door leading to another big room. The room was complete with built in cabinets, probably for stacking of weeds that had been packaged for distribution. From leftovers and the equipment left behind inside the secret room like some dried weeds, weird looking lighting and big exhaust pipes probably for circulating oxygen for the weeds to grow and survive. Looked like whomever had grown the weeds was an expert and knowledgeable on such project before he/they embarked on the illegal activity. He/they had get away with it because prior to them leaving the house, the secret room was totally left bare but only bits and pieces of the weeds could be found. Thanks Riddim Ryder.
I was worried Opie would try to eat the weed but I also know you'd never let anything happen to him I read of a dog who got hold of weed,then ate an entire bag of Alpo ppl Lu's cat treats
A real nice house until you find the weed. Opie sure is big but still a cutie. Too bad it's going to be demoed. Wonder if the owners got arrested or they fled. More Opie cuteness please. I wanted to see the pool but can't. Thanks for the epic explore and stay warm.
