I remember also when Morisette helped Sir Martin Nievera when he forgot his lyrics on Asap stage. Truly an alert and precise-eared singer. Thanks to this compilation.

Morissette's voice fit to any genres.....
First, I'm a big Morissette fan... she's definitely one of the best singers in the world. That said, I'm bummed about this video that gives multiple examples of Morissette "SAVING" a stage performance for other singers. Even if this is true (and the video shows this), it's bad form to BRAG about this. I'm confident Morissette doesn't appreciate this "KIND" of accolade. Not only a gifted, fabulous singer/performer, Morissette seems like an extremely KIND, COMPASSIONATE person. I truly BELIEVE that the makers of this video MEAN WELL, but I respectfully say that this is NOT doing anything good. Morissette doesn't need this sort of praise. If anything, Morissette should be acknowledged as an incredible talent, for she is, indeed, utterly fantastic!! I never tired of listening to her incredible voice. I wish Morissette nothing but happiness and great success.
You are exactly right. I love Morrissette's vocals. She is my second favorite Pinay singer (Behind Katrina). I think it's in bad form to point out mistakes in artists performances. These performances are also highly choreographed. Each artist knows their cue. If you are performing with an artist like Mori, Kat, or Regina, you are a top tier singer. Trying to out perform other singers will quickly get you blacklisted. The Filipino music scene is just starting to gain more traction with international audiences. Let's support all of the singers and show all of Filipino music in a positive light. And one more thing, All By Myself was written and performed by Eric Carmen. Celine merely covered the song.
