Great enjoyed that! That barista hustle recipe is a little old. If you want sometime try magnesium + some calcium, even up to 50% or to your taste but the real change come with the buffer. Lower that down to 10% . This is only for light coffees of course. This boosts the acidity and the perceived sweetness. Then use a concentration that matches your coffee . Maybe 80ppm for one and 110 for another. Cheers
