Guys, I'm an old school drummer from way back, one of the original party reptiles back in the day. No day job. Band booked approx. a year in advance around maybe six states. John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) has always been my favorite. I mean, guys like Buddy Rich, Dave Weckl, etc, are so talented, but Bonham pioneered the heavy rock beat by feel that just moves me. Many of you may not know it, but before he died, he once said, "I'm through with the drums...everyone else is better than me". I know how he felt, with talent like this girl. But I don't covet her, I just salute her, as she deserves. She's a jewel of the human race.

I just want to say that that is the best drumming and rhythm you will ever see and feel. Never lose it Senri. Without question the best drummer in the world .
There are lot's of better drummers out there. You might like Senri more. She's one of my favorite drummers. I can't agree that she's the best but I like her style more than many better drummers.
I can not help it, but with this music, my heart comes from the usual beat and follows in a fascinating way every beat that this wonderful musician performs. It is not just perfect technique, it is a form of magic!
Un Freakin' Believable!!!! She's a TEENAGER!!!! This is one of the best, most accurate and tight displays of drumming that I've ever seen and I've seen them all. Buddy Rich, Billy Cobham, Rodney Holmes, Dennis Chambers, Thomas Pridgen, Vinnie Caliauta, Thomas Lang, Terry Bozzio, Omar Hakim and on and on! All superstars and among the best in the world. Senri could keep up with all of them for the most part - Vinnie might be an exception! She's a TEENAGER!! Just amazing. I could watch this for days!

Forget the gender thing, that's just sexist talk. Senri is probably the best drummer ever. Not dismissing the greats, but look what Senri has done with the existing body of drum work. Amazing, to say the least. Watching her play with that joyful enthusiasm and marveling at the masterful technique that's ultra technical, yet swinging and slamming with groove...well it just doesn't get any better. :) #tastywaves
How can a girl who stands at only 4 Feet 4 inches ( i will spell it out for you: FOUR FEET FOUR INCHES, not 5 feet 4 inches!) be sooooo good in DRUMMING?? DRUM is a very physical instrument even for men...what more a petite japanese girl? SENRI .... you are amazing!
I use to think Tony Royster JR had all the answers to Drumming & Thomas Pridge. Benny Greb Baard Kolstad & Jacob Armen Eric Moore & Keith Carlock Derek Roddy. These Drummer i listed are going now & Senri Kawaguchi is so much more Extreme & Iconic forever :-) . I'm a Drummer my self under D.R But this Girl is on some other level which is even better them=n Thomas Lang :-) .
The big democratic problem : 5 of 487 now, cant see - dont like , this phenomenal beauty of existence the marvel of life !!! And just think the negative percentage is higher in some more common and substantial humanity matters !
