    Sir Greg Perkins
Thanks for your video they are very useful. Do you have any tutorial on creating DTM by LGO and on-board job ?

could you describe the sequence of actions at the station while continuing traverse in two face. I have a problem with adjustments at lgo. What i am doing is: set the station 1and do orientation by angle on the backsight point in two face, than open survey program and observing point 2 in two face. Then going to the next (2) station. Untill come back at point 1. Then i trying to calculate traverse at lgo, but it is not calculating correct. What i am doing wrong. Give me advise.

I believe the issue is the set orientation. You must record a distance to point 1 to establish coordinates. Also, are you using the traverse application in either the Leica Viva or Leica Captivate? Either program will allow for direct / reverse (two face) measurements and will prompt for the appropriate measurement.

Great video !, I'm new to Leica and don't really understand how you get the TS to output the traverse data. I'm told format files are the answer, I don't have Geooffice. can I make a format file on the controller ?

Leica Geo Office can import job files from total stations running System 1200, Smart Worx and Captivate software platforms without any conversion. Format files can't be made on the instrument or controller.

@@surveyorpop please tell me what file do you import from TS. Is that GSI file ?

@@lazokuzmanov9166 It depends on the TS unit. If you are using a TS10, TPS1200, TS, TS15, TS16, or MS/TS60 you should import the Leica data base files. These files will be found in the DBX directory of the memory storage device you selected when creating the project. For Leica Infinity you would set the import type to Captivate / SmartWorx Viva. For LGO you would set the import type to SmartWorx Viva. For FlexLine TS03, TS07 and all older TS units the GSI file would be the appropriate import. Please choose the GSI16 format if available.

@@surveyorpop thanks i use Leica TS 06 flexline and there are 3 options IDX,GSI ,XML and DXf file for export from the instrument.I think GSI only have angles and distance need to calculate the travers.
