Excellent game. I'm not convinced by the VfV income though. It seemed like an unnecessary risk (he lost more than half of the map) because of the low income in B. With Vanguard or Maverick this game would have been over easily by 25min or so. Unless he did it for fun. Then I'm all about it.
I think it goes well with 126th although I can see how the aggressive push potential would also work with vanguard if the heavy tools aren't that important. But I guess him loosing a lot of ground kind of supports your argument. Might also be a question of the matchup and deck build? Because he didn't have a lot of tools to deal with tanks in the centre/south after A phase and against other divisions you might be able to hold on well enough in B. Love to see it though regardless whether is the best pick or not.
@@CommanderOwlFtunk to me it just seemed like the heavy tools he unlocked in C didn't perform super well. Isu-152 got bullied by panthers as they couldn't land a hit. kv-85's were better but no by a mile. Airforce and artillery were much more effective for Hubert, tools which one is able to unlock earlier. For an aggressive income, card of Zis-2 in B would have been a must. imo it was something he could have used here too. But I agree, whether or not it's the best choice, it is the fun choice!
In this Tourny, where you cant mirror incomes, I think Jugg is the better option vs Bal for the long game, you only lose 150pts over B phase, whilst finishing with 250pts extra by the end. Pretty much the same.
It depends, I think it is also division dependent. Gorno has such a good start in A that you can really make use of with vfv and on this map having a strong A phase can be strong too. But yes, otherwise you can consider counterpicking with jug.
30mm is horribly underpowered in this game (german 20mm are too, similarly). IRL they were using special shells that made them have explosive effect comparable to 50mm shell, just one hit made fighter planes explode and break in half (there are photos on internet if you search "mk108 hit") But in game of course the damage is only assigned by caliber so 30mm is not even half as effective... really a shame because remaking gun damage to be realistic would fix so many problems with fighters balance that currently suffers.
Thank you for adressing the resolution :)
Big game, i heard ride of the valkyries in my head during Hubert’s airstrike in the town
This game was BOMBastic 💣💥💣
why didnt yko destroy those annoying artillery pieces with his wurframmen ?

@@jaapaasa True, good point.
Yeah 100%. I honestly would say that it is a must in general.
