This reminds me of my first job out of college where I helped high school seniors with their college admissions essays. A lot of them struggled with first person writing, and I would remind them that they were being asked to make a first impression in a genre of writing they likely hadn't been formally taught, or maybe even read. That's really challenging! But with time and persistence, they each got to a point where they were proud of their personal statements. And if they can do it, so can you. -Paola
I'm not a native english speaker (or writer) and I found it hard, because it is hard to find a place to practice some sort of academy language writing. I'm glad of this course, it will surely be useful and interesting.
wow! detective benedict back story is deep. how a small situation like having a bad grade can impact your career choice. can relate to him. this wound from my childhood is still healing. 😂
It's probably a very brief period when kids would be able to be distracted by other kids in class playing the Sims. Since most of the time that game was on computers only and by the time it made it to mobile it wasn't fresh enough in most cases to attract young players.
I love woman teachers because I think to myself: "That is the potential of everyone, even the women that other people think so poorly of." Everyone can make it, slowly or quickly, and everyone is Loved.

I agree. These lessons are just as good as Crash Course.
