As someone who's finally been trying to beat some of the old FNAF games and has finally gotten to night five of FNAF 3, I can assure you that Phantom Foxy and Phantom Puppet are terrifying. The former's jumpscare got me every single time, and Puppet blocks you from accessing *any* of your devices, which is horrifying because you can't keep Springtrap at bay until Puppet leaves! Also, I think the Pizzaria Simulators have the most frightening scream, because it sounds *so* human.
