Some of tips for career mode:
-Press R, you can taxi to your garages, and you can retrieve a favorite vehicle.
-That 20k estimate on deliveries is from that RLS mod, run a 5th wheel on a semi truck and you'll make the big bucks.
-Buying a trailer is almost never worth it, as box trucks exist.
-The rough idle on trucks isn't anything to worry about, they just do that sometimes.
-Customize your insurance coverage, and set them to automatically paint the parts on repair. No more beater look!

I take it the semi alone is really only going to make big bucks with the RLS mod.
Everytime I see you play this game, I grow more and more concerned that you actually have a driver's license in the real world.
You gotta turn on detailed mirrors in the settings it makes the game so much better

1:29 No , on the computer isnt exactly whats in the delearship ,it only shows a few options from all the delearships in the city, there are so much more options in each and every delearship. Some sell cheaper, used ones and some sell more expensive ones ,some sell more high milage while others dont (it would be pointless for having dealerships then).
Most of whats on the computer is private sellers with their used cars. Also you cant buy ultra premium cars from the dealers ,you specifically have to go to Rich's motors for that and to get a commercial vehicle (trucks and duty vans) you have to go to the commercial garage that has a front desk delear upfront.

Some tips from me:
- On RLS mod you got fined because you had ur plate on car, just remove it. Cops don't care if you have plate or not, you can fully ignore speed cameras and earn some money from escaping cops and selling dash cam
- If you want to do delivery stuff, use RLS mod
- RLS mod don't like existing saves so to have stable game you need to start new one (so another vid starting from nothing)
- Use esp in sport mode (some cars have sport+)
- In cops mission having little damage its saying this about your car (you can wreck runner all yo want) but when they say high damage they talking about runner
- I recommend you do all cops mission coz they funny (also to make capture runner in x-x time just smash them on the wall then move so it won't count arrest until its good time (traffic is ur friend))
- Edit insurance and set minimal distance to renew (so you often reset % cost of renew early)
- In insurance good this also is to change your repair payment to minimum so even on tight budget you can repair ur car, also you can make insurance paint car for some renew premium
- You like running so no plate escapes will get you good money you can even do it in starter car to get good money and have fun (from my testing you get only 2k from escaping so you can fast grind with quick escape)

In that first time trial, you gotta be a little more patient with the throttle going into and coming out of those turns. I think thats whats throwing your back end around. Hope that helps man. Enjoying these BeamNG vids 💪

I bought the same truck you did on my first career game, its amazing, you will want to replace the engine eventually though. Also buy a higher rev limiter and the best turbo. With that you can really cut it up in a box truck, its great

I play career an awful lot specifically doing deliveries, and I've spent a lot of time figuring out what makes the best sense speed wise and payload, the T series box truck is probably the best bet you have to build up a money because you can drive it like an asshole with no trailer, and the the trailers like to get caught up on a lot of shit. Probably one of the best starter vehicles to nab tbh and please utilize and play with the Jake Brake Mechanics on the T Series, your breaks will suffer from this other wise and it becomes almost undriveable then. I Personally drive around with them at 66%, and I recommend you watch a video explaining how a Jake Brake works in real life because they simulate it spot on.
Unfortunately the T Series Box Truck is very large and in a hand full of delivery areas its a hassle to maneuver, not impossible though, you got to get real creative delivering to Turbo Burger in that thing. I switched it to an H Series Box truck in the end to favor quicker driving (Its a fucking drift build) and being able to maneuver in tighter areas, while still having the exceptional payload of 6 XL boxes, not quite 20 but drive time makes up for it and you can still get the well paying cargo. D series is equipped with that same box as well if you were to be so inclined.
My T Series was a Cab Over I bought for $7k as well and that one also randomly died on me at idle as well (nice touch Beam devs), even with full motor upgrades (race block, T600 Turbo, etc.) I just didn't care and drove it anyways because it was so cheap and it made hella bank and the bull bars fucked up anything in the way.

Roof rack with the landsdale is actually a rather solid delivery vehicle i use the 3.3 v6 with an auto myself made like 2k on a delivery becuase those shuffleboard diliverys are baller sometimes that and a d series for obvious reasons

What i like about the rls mod is the fact you get 2000 everytime you escape from the cops, its been very clutch when ur low on money to go in 1 area where you cant get ticketed and evade the cops over and over again
maybe stick a turbo in your previous pc, should upgrade the performance. Also put in a heavyduty long block for extra safety

If you got the RLS mod, you can get a d series pickup with heavy duty suspension + tiltdeck trailer (40 feet) with cargo boxes and make $10,000 in one run. The benefit over the t series is not paying the commercial insurance. Hope that helps, might come in handy grinding money off camera.
With RLS am making 10-12K hauling a trailer with a T series. I paid around 48K for a cab over T series with 85K miles. I think it’s worth it.
You're right in that the t series will fetch more money, especially if you're willing to spend extra time at the quarry to get the $20,000 - $30,000 runs. I'm just impatient and want speed and not paying the commercial insurance lol

idk man the normal pedals that came with the logitech g29 , and the normal lofitech shifter

250K miles on a 18 wheeler is nothing. Most get to at least 1 million miles. You might be able to make more money with a 5th wheel compared to a Box but I don’t know. With RLS I make around 10 to 12K delivering 18wheeler trailers. I paid around 48K for a semi with 85K miles. I can’t find any cheap high mileage semis later in my career save. So I just bite the bullet and bought a low miles one. I think you made the right choice. Things to note with a big rig is A bigger turbo helps a lot, don’t rev higher then around 2300 it doesn’t make much power high up anyway, and careful with the clutch up hills.

@707NBF Do you the Career overhaul mod? I don’t know weather you can in the base game. But if you have the mod. you can pick up at big delivery places like the quarry, refinery, construction site and industrial warehouse.
Here is the Money glitch i found : go to refinery and pick up all contracts that are in 270 m Range - go to target and repeat^^ . i make around 500k in 10 mins. and you just need like a small trailer with xxl cargo spot

Icl that truck seems so cheap what. I haven't played career mode but that's dirt money. And 240k on a truck is like saying 10k on a car. Most trucks get 1 or 2 mil miles easily.
