Cute idea, great content! Heres my take:
    Verse
I walked right past the well
    Didn't throw a penny in
Don't need to close my eyes real tight
    And count backward from 10
I don't need to see a shooting star
or blow dandys in the breeze
And Ill never waste time looking
    For clovers with four leaves
    Chorus
    No i Don’t need luck,
    don’t need signs,
Don’t need the stars to all align.
    Cuz whenever I'm with you
    My wishes all come true
    Verse
I used to blow out candles
    On every birthday cake
But All the magic I could ever want
Only you know how to make
Don't have use for lucky charms
Or a wishbone split in 2
    Cuz any alchemy or sorcery
    Starts and ends with you
    Bridge
It's hard to believe but somehow they always do
    Yes whenever I'm with you
    My wishes all come true

Can I just say, I definitely appreciate a well written song but I feel like, especially in country, the song is more crafted around the ultimate goal which is to make money rather than to actually say what you want. Like who cares about being preachy ? It feels like it’s all being created to be a pop tune to sell albums. It should be something that doesn’t sound or doesn’t say things like other songs. I remember a time when you had rock, pop rock and alternative rock all on the same page. Now If it’s not some super sweet pop song then you have no chance in Nashville. Thats sad
