So i took the time to find our how many times these two have been on the show. They have been on JKL show 3 times in the last 6 months.
5th of December, 6th of February and yesterday the 12th of June. That is definitely recycling.
If we did the right things from the beginning, we wouldn't be needing a 3 trillion budget today.

why have laws not been put in place to make sure this act of non-payment by county stops...full stop ...Sakaja and Mutula.....start the process and change the system..if you know all those on going why have you not taken any action...through EACC or challenging this in parliament..Still believe having a proper opposition in parliament is the beginning to sort this mess out...and changing the lives of many Kenyans.
