To buttress your reply, Alaafin is a King (the symbol of Ruler-ship of Oyo empire). And that is the difference between him and Ooni of Ife.. Ooni is Arole Adimula. Alaafin is the foremost Oba in Yoruba land. The first seat of Socio-culturer/ political power in Yoruba-land.
