Very interesting theory, although I really don't think the show can get away with THREE people coming back from the dead. You put in a lot of work though, and I do sort of feel like her story wasn't ~quite~ wrapped up that neatly and that revealing Toby as A took over that part of the season. So maybe we'll know more at some point. I seem to be alone in this but I hope Maya stays dead. I never liked her. I didn't really buy her as the great love of Emily's life - in the timeline of the show, they were only together for couple of weeks, if that - so I don't think she'd fake her death to protect Emily.
