It’s like one change can make or break the meta when it comes to Syndicate haha. Now we have a Collusion deck suddenly being so strong when it was not known last month. (Or at least to me).
Firesworn is a bit tricky because pure firesworn is mid, but individual firesworn cards have caused problems in other decks. Easy example is fallen knight in spawn decks. So my idea to buff firesworn is just buffing the cards that are purely ran in firesworn. Saint Gregory, Cyrus, and Helveed provision buff (Though this is also sus because it makes Damnation tricky to use)
Last week I played a non devotion Firesworn list with Heatwave, Muzzle and Spores. It still can make more than 200 points and currently no one plays an answer to the Lonely Champion. Control heavy opponents are still a challenge but manageable. Solely Assimilate can become a Nightmare.
The only issue with devotion is consistency. I look for Oneiro instead of Jacque and even get Igor and replace bank. As you say Vs SK it's futile. Nothing sticks. Beating SK with this deck was impressive, bro. 👏
@@nimascolari1508 I tried creating my own firesworn last time, and I had the same issue. There’s too many cards you need and not enough space for consistency.
@andreluissoriano I took FireS to 2500, never above once or twice but never with a devotion deck. Gwent deck success is based on thinning, consistency and points. SK is the only faction that gives thinning as a faction mechanic + the control + point slams. Hence why SK has been dominant since 10.0 onwards. People talk about Claveit being so valuable but if you bleed NG in Rd2 they lose all their golds are often left with useless tactics and bronzes in Rd3 = NG loss.
@@nimascolari1508 I agree! All decks I create now I always have to make sure consistency and thinning is there. But it makes sense, right? Gwent is about managing provisions, and thinning/consistency is exactly using as much provisions you have as you can. It feels bad to see a Scenario at the bottom of the deck in round 3. 😂 it’s like you started without the bonus provisions from your leader ability, of course you’re gonna lose.
@@andreluissoriano absolutely, also, though this leader is meant for FireS there are other leaders that are better suited for it. Obviously, this is Q a) doing what he does best taking a different approach for content and b) Q showing his decision making skills and opposition deck knowledge to win. Hence why he's @Qcento!
firesworm just inherently has a lot of bad matchups and thats it. it stomps some decks and gets stomped by others. not much to be done with that really

One Junior beating the whole cultist attack
Syndicate is a tricky tricky faction

Actually, I wouldn't do those earlier
Simple, Gregory OTB would be buffed that way
Brethren and sistern, behold the flames of righteousness!
Thanks brethren!
Dear algorithm, behold my engagement with this excellent channel - please help even more viewers find it ! 👍
I loved you Beginner to Pro with Skellige. Please do one with NR and SY. It would be so fun seeing those
Have you heard of the tragedy of Firesworn the Nerfed? It's not a story the NG brainlets will tell you.

Crazy, I was just thinking about playing Firesworn

@@nimascolari1508It just sucks that the designed leader for the archetype isn’t that crazy even at 17p.
Hi, i just install the game and when i going to play my first real game, they tell that there are no servers, why this happen???

Devotion just doesn't do much for firesworn honestly
Firesworn is so fun but a bit weak deck
