Eliot Choy is TH-cam . Consulting is easy and hands on . You don’t need mba degree . If you went to Baruch college and work directly as an intern in CSFB, you can learn hands on and build your way up to project manager . She seems smart

I like how she is honest about not being able to get into IIMS , i have seen lot of people who go to foreign universities because they colud not get into iits,iims and start belittling them afterwards

There's nothing wrong in that. IITS/IIMs are over hyped and it's okay to acknowledge that fact.
It is not just not being able to get into IIMs. She seems to be around 28-29 years old and going to IIM at that age is brutal. Age shaming is a big issue there. I was shocked to read experiences of of 25+ guys who entered IIM and how they were isolated by the entire class.
@@deadly.desai2 Just because you cannot get into them , is calling them overhyped justified ? I know they lag behind in research facilities and they come no where near to the top universities in the world in their pedagogy , campuses and other stuff , doesn't necessarily means that you call the most premier institute of India overhyped. Afterall by doing this you are the one who's belittling the achievements of those intelligent people who actually get into it.

So crazy! I go to the law school and have spent a ton of time at that Starbucks. Apparently law students can go study in Owen, and vice versa for our building. I always see their little events on Thursdays. We have ours on Friday called blackacre

No one can get to top ranked MBA Colleges in USA without 2 year Work Experience. Experience is required mostly not just for top ranked but for even the decent colleges too.
