They really failed with the student-teacher relationship storyline. I don't get what stance they were trying to take on it when they kept showing how real the relationship actually was and not just Cesca taking advantage of Jonah.

I'm not an expert but I think that it doesn't fall under fair use if it is too frequent. But more subs allows more leniency becasue more people are using it for education commentary or criticism purposes

I don't think that Cesca should be sent to prison. She didn't take advantage or abuse Jonah at all, you can't help who you fall in love with and it's evident that Jonah and Cesca really did love each other, however throughout the episode all you hear about Cesca is that she was abusing and taking advantage of Jonah, but that's just their opinion, they never asked Jonah or Cesca what was really going on or how they felt. All they cared about was numbers, the fact that Jonah was 17 not 18, it was clear that Jonah was thinking clearly and is mature enough to make choices in his life. The age of consent is 16, so Jonah was legally allowed to have sex. I think the law should be changed, I think that if students are under 16, and they are having a relationship with a teacher it should be stopped, and if it's necessary one of them can move schools. However if the student is 16 or over, they can have a relationship with a teacher if they want. However they should be talked to and make sure it's the right choice for them. However if the student is been pushed/forced/taken advantage of for example, that's when the teacher should be imprisoned.
You got it all wrong. The staff and pupils should NOT be in the relationship for rest for their lives, is against the law. They could have been sent to prison, straightaway. The laws needs to be respected at all times.
If Kyle went out with Sam for real, maybe Kyle wouldn't have got into the gang and would have reformed; and Trudi would've helped Finn settle down too.
