Bus stand is on the back side of Clock Tower and most of the buses pick & drop from there. It's around a 0.5-1km walk from Masjid El Haram. I don't think there is hotel option at this walking distance available within a budget of 200 SR / night
@Haniftraveler surprisingly, Makkah is full of variety. I prefer the cleanliness of Lamar. However, in the neighbourhood of Lamar, we can find 6bed in 150-200 , but those hotels are not that clean. More importantly, they don't offer shuttle service
