The implication is clear. The creator of these Fan-made previews would rather have the first of the Then 🆕 movies Have Luke Skywalker and not Jake. And have him appear earlier in the movie and not just as a teaser in the first 1️⃣, and also have the First 🍿 retitled The Last Jedi.

I actually loved the direction they took Luke’s character in TLJ. I think it’s 100% consistent with the OT. His final stand on Crait is one of my all time favorite Star Wars moments. I know a lot of people wanted a super badass force unleashed power Luke like in the Mandalorian, and I can understand that, but remember Yoda’s words in TESB; “A Jedi uses his power for defense, never attack.”
