This act reminds me of a couple I saw at a flea market. He had no left hand; just a stump at the wrist and he would turn it to open G in fret that guitar with his stump fairly proficiently, playing alternating base notes, and the occasional riff, and he had his old lady playing bass. In between songs, she would make off-color comments about that stump of his, and where it’s been, and how it happened that he lost his hand and how the whole trailer park knows he lost his hand trying to use a lawnmower on the bushes. It was worth a listen. And I still laugh about it…
Dear David, if it's not a bother, what's your current rig consist of these days? I've noticed a supro amp and tube screamer in the past. Great tone with the harmony guitar and tele also! Thanks
My Tele into a pedal board with a POG octave splitter, Tube Screamer and DD3 Digital Delay. The low octave signal out of the POG goes to a Fender Musicmaster bass amp. The guitar signal is going to the old Supro Tremoverb. Sometimes I use a Gibson GA 20 or a Silver Face Champ, depending on the venue.
Masks -- especially cloth and paper -- don't work on respiratory viruses. Never did. If they did there was no reason not to wear them before and no reason not to wear them from now on. The artistry here, however, is top-notch.
