+Henrik Moberg Hehe :-) yeah it was pretty funny beacause this means something was not right in the engine and when i fix it ... it will go even faster ... also had a piston already bought as spare so all i had to buy was the cilinder and small end ... so with the piston included the full rebuild will only cost like 230 euro ... that's why i like the stage6 stuff you can buy every part separate wich make's it cheaper if it does go wrong ... this piston had allot of km's on it already and before the video we did allot of runs on the dyno and the scooter produced around 26 hp so with everything fresh we hope on getting 28+hp and i wonna do 160 km/h on that road ... once i hit those numbers the nitrous kit is ready to be installed :-) wich should make it easy to hit 35 hp so stay tuned . more video's are coming soon
sparkplug must look clean a bit color of brown can but not too wet.but listen to the engine and check the color.check for any false airleak then adjust if need it.what cyl do u have?i know stock bike stock airbox with 28 carb using around 115-125 but maybe u need to replace it for bigger one around 135-145

ik wissel de sigmenten om de 5u en de zuiger elke 10u dan kan je echt lang rijden met je cilinder big evo van polini kost rond de 325 en goede olie gebruikenelf htx of valvoline esterbased olie's wel moeilijk te krijgen die ester based is niet echt milieuvriendelijk gebruik je nog steeds gewone benzine of niet ik rijd met aspen racing fuel 110octaan vroeger elf 124octaan
+domien dc ja ik ga binnekort ook eens testen met zon speciale benzine , dat zou beter zijn voor de motor en zelfs wat meer pk geeven , ik rij momenteel op gewone benzine met octaanverhoger en MOTUL 800 olie ... ik moet gewoon de motor wat meer in de gaaten houdn en inderdaad vlugger wisselen van segmenten en pitson .
leuk om te horen dat ge toch zorg draagt voor u materiaal alleen spijtig dat het niet altijd helpt,kheb zo net de nieuwe overrange van malossi gekocht la furia rossa of zoiets hoop snel te kunnen testen mja heb niet altijd de hulp om alles tedoen

+Terje Erikssen ow sry to hear man , but electric pump's are not bad ... they give more power cus it's not driven by the cranckshaft so no power loss due to friction, butt yeah you have to make sure they work , and the battery is always charged ...

+Sketch1994 yes there is not much power from the ignition, but on these scooters ignition only spark. has its own battery to pump water. the original pump keeps just fine even at 14000 rpm. roost stock large water pump also Stage6 goes on the flywheel. many motorcross gets upgrade pumpu also , an electric pump pumps little water , can also forget about turning on. though some wonder oil mixture and air filter maintenance etc. go on motorcross forum
Hahaha eletric water pumps on a modified scooter are the best solution ever! It’s been only your fault if it was pumping in the wrong way.. don’t blame things if you are not good enough to use ‘em
do you have the old demaged cylunder ? I would by it if its complet whid cylinder head and the spacer

the jets where to low on this run i had 38/142 in it then now i use 42/155 and its very stable now and safe
