My brother was defended by a public defender in a case for publicly carrying in California. The public defender got his case dismissed.

My man sort of discredited his own argument about the public defenders. He said himself that through his own experiences once he was known to be a good lawyer he immediately left the public defender's office for his private practice. He basically said, anyone who's a really good public defender won't be a public defender long 😂

9:00 minute mark, Drew Findling goes on about how "racist cops" were targeting the Migos and being completely unfair to them and others. While I am sure targeting a stereotype was occurring calling it racism is a bit of a stretch. If you purposely play into a stereotype and post videos with weapons like they did on the Noisey series how do you not expect to be targeted by law enforcement. Best thing law enforcement could of done is locked them up, instead none of them went to jail, and now one of them is dead at the hands of another black man due to gun violence. Might I add in a situation that should of never even occurred they had no business gambling and arguing at a bowling alley in Texas at 2am in the morning. You should be at home with your family and kids at 2am not hanging out gambling period and I will argue that with anyone. To cast blame on white cops trying to prevent these guys from being successful, just for the guy to turn around and die at the hands of someone who looked just like him is irony at the highest degree.
