I have a hard time finding crepeted paper other than streamers, lol. I think it works with streamers, but

You have to use specific crepe paper. There is only one kind I have been able to find, “Lia Griffith crepe paper” on amazon. They have 2 kinds, extra fine, and thick. Both work. My experience is the streamers don’t stretch enough, and they rip quite easily. Hope this helps.

You can find crepe paper online however I am not sure if it is readily available where you live. I order mine from Crepepapercrafts.com located in Canada. They ship very quickly and offer several different weights of paper

Brother, at times things can be pretty shitty but eh if you keep trying and just follow through everything turns out alright in arts, music, origami, dancing, painting, drawing any kind of arts the main thing is to have fun so enjoy dummy nothing needs to be perfect
