I'm confused how does girls like julia and tracy eat so much food and eat out a lot and look so skinny 😢

Don’t get fooled by videos like these.These people either have 1 proper meal and the rest are gonna be just deserts or drinks or whatever or even if they have 2 meals it is gonna be very little portions and if they include carbs in one meal the other meal is gonna be soup with protein and no carbs or salad and also if you see these people making what i eat in a day videos you will definitely see what they eat but MOST of the times you won’t see the portions or if they finished the meal or not and also i am not saying this is bad or something i am just saying this is what most of these people do they are not slim just naturally after eating a good portion of meals 😊 And the last thing is intermittent fasting most of these people will have their dinner around 5/6 pm so i am pretty sure it is one of these things these people do to stay slim
