I suffer from chronic migraines and I’ve had one for the past 11 hours. Hopefully this helps. I rewatch your migraine relief videos almost every time I get a migraine.
I suffer from chronic migraines as well mine last 11 hours as well or two days straight asmr helps me with them sometimes
Poor thing, one of the most debilitating things.
With mine I had to change my whole diet to get rid of them. I basically do plant based with only small amounts of meat. Sugar only from fruit and a small amount of Greek yoghurt. Absolutely no fast food, no bread and no junk food...ever! It isn't easy having to snack on carrots and celery when you're used to having a bikkie or piece of toast. 😂
I still eat processed food like Peanut Butter, cream cheese, tofu.
100 percent healed my migraines.
My skin looks WAY better too.

I love you, I can relate so much to this, life just won't throwing tragedies at you. I want to let you know I love you and you are the only person on the internet that I feel gets me and can calm me down when no one else or anything can. Also that you always make everyone feel not judged no matter what their issues are, when everyone arounds me tells me I'm exagerating and you are right there, not just with validation, but SOLUTIONS to my sensory/emotional issues.
