I love Mcdonald's breakfast. I am obsessed with the sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and their hashbrowns. I also want to try the chicken minis because I've never had them before.
I used to get one of those and a breakfast burrito. At one time they had a version with peppers and other stuff that i liked better. Sometimes i get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Sometimes i make them at home and they are 10 times better though. What i do at home is 2 eggs. Cooked to where it's not runny or scrambled but yolk still kind of in between running and solid. I do break the yoke so it spreads into the eff a bit. Put a slice of cheese on top of each egg stacked. And put the sausage on it. Unlike restaurants i get mine nice and browned on the outside where outside has a crisp while inside is moist still. My favorite way to have them and you can't have them that good at any restaurant. No milk in the egg for filler. Salt and pepper egg for taste during cooking. Use your favorite biscuits or make them homemade and use your favorite sausage. Some is better in patties and some is better for a grevy.

I remember having French toast sticks at Shoney’s in Orlando on hwy 192 when I was on vacation from the U.K. years ago. I think they called it sugar bread at the time. I believe Shoney’s doesn’t exist anymore? I loved it.

The sauce on the Wendy's sandwich I'm pretty sure is the cheese. Whenever I go there for breakfast I get that sandwich and it's so good I think your sandwich was just bad in comparison to other Wendy's preparation of their sandwich.
