If you LOVE SEAFOOD, a visit to NAKLUA FISH MARKET in PATTAYA is a MUST! I also love eating seafood so, on my way to Rayong, I just had to stay over in Pattaya for 1 night. The market offers the freshest seafood at affordable prices. I only paid 180 Baht for a whole seabass and 25 Baht for a ½ kg mussels!! It’s a bustling market with a lively atmosphere. There are a great variety of fish and while exploring I also saw many exotic fish. After I bought everything I felt like eating, I found a restaurant that cooked my seafood for me. The market not only offers seafood but also fruit, vegetables, and meat.
It is only 5 kms from Central Pattaya and we made use of a local pick-up truck to go back to our hotel. That was so much fun and cheaper than using a taxi.
This SENSORY FEAST was worth spending a night in Pattaya!

@@mystictraveler6228 I'm also not a Spring Chicken anymore. I think I must be the only 70 year old that teaches Grade 1's . (I have 9 classes with 32 students in each class!) And, believe me I adore each and everyone. They are so cute and innocent.

Thank you so much! I loved going to this market. When we initially planned our trip Pattaya wasn't on our list of places we were going to visit. So happy I went. The Seafood was lovely and fresh.

Before I went I read that a guy only paid a Cooking Fee of B90 to have 1 kg prawns grilled, 1 kg Crab steamed, and a Snapper deep-fried. Unfortunately, I can't remember what I paid but I thought it was too much. The lady even charged me to sit there. So, if I go back I will try another little place. But the food & experience was none the less wonderful!
You eat a lot:) 1 see bars is good for me...
