Nicely done rehab within the existing footprint. Small bedrooms and isolated kitchen, but this house was sufficiently modernized with adequate bathrooms, storage and that laundry nook👌🏾 I’m sure someone was glad to get into this one!
There was a house in my family for almost 60 years that has almost the exact same floorplan! Sadly, the house was sold off and is in a horrible state, so it's so cool that I can see what the house could've looked like if it was taken better care of!
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE 'WE BUY HOUSES' ENTITIES. they are wholesalers and they will shortchange the seller so they can raise it later to a buyer just for a profit. when i wholesale i literrally give the owner what they ask and move the property on my own time with th fixes. its a win , win for everyone.
I lived in a house that was built in the 1920s and those closets are exactly like the same. Was telling my daughter about that house and how I remembered the closets being bigger than the ones we have. I was 14 then and I'm 59 now so it's nice to see that I do remember some things correctly.

The only problem about this house is that there is no ceiling fans installed.

There is a HUGE business in wholesaling homes and they are very aggressive in finding and marketing to owners.
