For those confused about the whole not choosing a name for a "secret achievement" that is impossible, it has been disproved since I had been a part of a group of 15 players who insisted on not choosing names. The thing that happened right before the round started was "Giles Corey joined the town" or whatever the join message was. Problem is, I never hit enter and I was Giles Corey. Meaning everyone wanted to lynch me for apparently choosing a name at the last minute, yet it automatically does this in spite of everyone not choosing a name at all. There is no achievement, the game has a fail-safe for it for some reason, whether or not it would glitch the game or something, I do not know.
What’s up with this No name thing people are trying to do? Is it really an achievement? Also, if you’re Vet, don’t ask for tp/Lo n1 and then alert, I will report you.

That isn't the issue, that's the point of the role. It literally does that once and contributes nothing to the rest of the game. The issue lies in the power that bringing a person back has compared to saving someone from dying. 1. It immediately confirms both that person and the retri 2. That person comes back with all the information from the other dead, including will results from the nights they died and stoned/cleaned roles. This is far more reliable than medium info as it comes from a confirmed source 3. It nullifies any clever play evils have made to kill off a priority target before they can give info to town. It often results in the resurrected person having reliable info to out an evil immediately.
I do that as mafia all the time lol. "If you're innocent then my mafia partner is guilty". It's especially more powerful when you actually get two town and make it seem like the other town is guilty and you get a vigi/jailor exe on them. Mafia is always about confusion and deception. Doing the throw your team under the bus tactic also works to "confirm" yourself as sheriff. Had a few instances where as NK I scumread some mafia and pushed d2 getting myself confirmed, then pitting TI roles against each other. The only real way to start confirming town is to just get as much info as possible and narrow down everyone's story as quick as possible.
I'm surprised you're still making videos of this game, I can't imagine someone genuinely liking this game to the point of playing in a row for so long.
Skimm I disagree with your play style of communication info mostly through whispers instead of saying so in chat. Limiting town’s awareness is generally not beneficial, especially since you are not confirmed to anyone that you haven’t whispered and anything relevant you find won’t lead to a hang easily
I agree, from a jailors perspective, do not only whisper the jailor your results. Yes, it makes people more of a target but it also gives more townies the information to decide if the info is legit or not. Mafia could easily whisper the jailor and try to pocket them and none of the town could call out the false information. It would be entirely upto jailor to decide which claims are real and which are fake.
While mostly i agree with you, there are some cases in which it would be best to whisper roles. For example if Giles Corey comes up (Sheriff, Exe, Werewolf) in a WW game. What I would usually do is ask him his role in whispers without revealing my results. He may suspect I’m Investigator, but doesn’t know for certain. That way he’ll claim to me without knowing I’m Investigator. So if he claims like Doctor or something to me I’ll immediately say in the chat that Giles came up Sheriff, Exe, WW and claims Doctor. Then we lynch WW :)
But that then gives the WW time to write a Sheriff will and claim sheriff, saying that you're ex and lying about whispers to get a kill. And since you can't copy whispers it's still his word against yours, you just give him time to write a will - and a sheriff will is easy to write quick-like.
Every single time I’m a townie I die to a dumb jailor even when I say I’m something and give him a will like I just died after claiming vet since day one and it’s day 3 and he exes me when I told him to jail me like would I tell him to jail me to exe me or to protect me so I don’t need to use an alert? Stupid
So. Question. If youre exe and successfully get your target lynched but then die. Do you still get the win? Or do you have to stay alive after the lynch?
as long as you got your target lynch while you was alive to see it then u win even if by some reason you die after that lynch you still won the game so it won't matter
People hating on Skimms tactics... what u don’t realise is that it’s the smartest tactic -not revealing makes u less of a threat AND u still whisper info -revealing immediately could make u look like an executioner -u can prove someone wrong when u know they r evil and u can confirm yourself -people who claim jailor are usually jailor (unless they r dumb) so u can trust the jailor and the jailor only
Today, I was playing as 'Dusa for the first time, and I claimed survivor since no one in our coven knew what I should claim. I lasted to the final 3, where me, another person who claimed Survivor, and GF. My survivor friendo actually turned out to be WW.
Retri is OP. I gotta agree with him there. Still gotta try though. Hopefully they will drastically change retri or remove it altogether. It's just way too powerful.

I was in a ranked game today where I was jailor. On the first niht I decided on jailing #15 because why not, and they claimed investigator. No reason to be suspicious of that. D2 there was a death - a spy, killed by maf. N2 I jailed #14, they claimed doc and they said they were on me N1. I died that night, which was fine. On like day 6 there was 4 people left - a mafioso, a TS, and the investigator. I get revived (why on N6? I don't know.) And the mafioso killed the retri. The investigator RAGED in chat about how I was useless and should've exed someone sooner. Note - the doc claim was actually doc. They said I sucked and voted with the mafioso to hang me. [Insta reported]. THEN - THE MAFIOSO DOESNT ATTACK AND LEAVES THE GAME. SO WE STILL WON SOMEHOW.
This worked on me as bg once. Medusa called for tp day 1 and I visited. There was no med that game, but a lovely jester was lynched and they killed the medusa for me.
I mean, go ahead if you want since people automatically assume there's an arso if no one dies within the 1st 2 days. However LO can catch you easier if you were the only one who visited and the person burns the next night.
lets say you douse then ignite immediately on N6 you would have killed 3 only but if you decided to douse only until N6 you ignite you will kill 5 instead of 3 that's if the mafias and town kills weren't a thing because they could kill the one that you douse also if you douse someone it's more like a permanent frame (invest+consig will get arso results) so it's quite better to douse then sometime ignite for a multi-kill
I think Retri could be somehow be balanced if the person that was brought back died next day. It becomes bring back a person for 1 day thing. Or just permanently mute the person that gets brought back so they can do their actions but cant talk in chat
I was playing coven for the first time today (cause ima broke boi) and i was playing VIP. I was medusa and i claimed crusader on VIP day one. The night passes and i stoned 3 people including the vip who was a tracker. i also stoned two other crusaders and ended the game D2.
Its not no guts. The game is already way tilted towards town winning. They actually get a good kill on the jailor and he just gets insta revived next day. Its boring. Id leave too the game has gotten very stale and if it doesnt buff evils soon i dont see it lasting very long

The big issue with retributionist is that the evils waste a night on killing someone just to have them brought back
