मैं खुद केंद्रीय पर्यवेक्षक था।आपको मालूम है कि अगर result में कोई गड़बड़ी लग रही है तब vvpat के कागज के वोट की भी गिनती होती है।हवा से result घोषित नहीं होता।वैसे भी 10% evm और vvpat को randam choose किया जाता है और प्रत्याशी के सामने पर्ची और evm के वोट को मिलाया जाता है।अगर फिर भी doubt है तो ये बढ़ाकर 20%,कभी कभी पूरी तरह से बस vvpat के पर्ची ही count होता है।jammu kashmir में कई सीटों को यही करना पड़ा क्योंकि वहाँ भी bjp का ही मत प्रतिशत सबसे अधिक है और NC के प्रत्याशी ये मानने को तैयार नहीं थे।

We separated from the Punjab due to discrimination. But still we are feeling that discrimination after formation our own new State. We are feeling discrimination despite Haryana is small in size compared to other big states like UP, Bihar, Rajasthan. Mahendergarh district is always comes in top 3 in education qualification regarding various exams like NEET, JEE, NDA, NTSE. Despite that there are lack of development in our district. There was absolutely corruption in jobs in previous governments only on the basis of some regions & Caste. If our constitution doesn't descriminate on the basis of caste & region.
